You can not get the order straight the person I spoke with didn’t speak clear English she asked me the same question over and over again

I tried to call the order in because it was messed up in the first shipment. I wanted to add other items and the representative was horrible to talk to not understanding English asking me over and over what I just said very frustrating the entire process.

Horrific service

I purchased a dress to wear to my granddaughter's wedding. When it arrived it was too small so I returned it priority mail return receipt requested (at my expense).

It return arrived back to them with a signed receipt the next day. I called the following day to confirm the retuned dress receipt and make sure it would be exchanged for a larger size and be expedited back to me priority mail. I was assured I would have it in 3 - 4 days. I did not.

I called back. Went through the same senerio. The rep apologized again, looked it up and found it had not been processed. She re-did the order and promised again I would receive it in 3-4 days.

I did not. I called again. The rep apologized once again said it would be shipped that day, and again I would have it in 3-4 days. I have not received the dress.

I called this morning, after checking with my bank to make sure they had my pmt., and was told it had not been shipped, but should go out today. I told her that was not except able. She reported there was nothing that could be done. I then spoke with a so-called supervisor.

I told her I wanted a refund. She said I would have to wait until I received the dress back and return it again! That is ridiculous! They have not shipped the dress and have my money!

I now have to go somewhere locally and purchase another dress for a wedding taking place next week.

Who knows if I will ever get my money back from this worthless company. Buyer BEWARE!

Poor customer service with refunds

Drapers and Damon Product/Service I'm complaining about... A Lower Incorrect Refund Amount. Please provide as much information as possible... - I returned 3 pair of newly purchased pants as the quality was not as pictured. I spent $160 for them, and Drapers is only refunding me $108 and with a store certificate for $42. The pants were never worn and were returned in original packaging. Also the refund was a month late. I spent thousands of $$$ for my wife's wardrobe. I will not buy from them any more My order# 6147****

Horrible customer service and delivery, now at 12 days from my order date and now they say another 5 to 8 days for delivery.

I will not be ordering from them again. In this day and age for it to take over 5 days from order date to delivery is ridiculous! My stupidity in thinking a blouse is worth $98.00 but you would think if a customer is willing to spend that kind of money you could get it via FedEx or UPS. Lesson learned and back to Cold Water Creek!

I placed an order and was supposed to receive the first item for 40% off and a second item for 30% off. When I totaled the items, I realized that the second item did not calculate the 30% off so I called customer service.

I was told that I needed to place the order then the agent could make the adjustment. This process took about 20 minutes as she had to look at every item then contact her supervisor. When I didnt receive any notification after my order was placed nor did I ever receive the order, I called the company, only to find out that both of the items I ordered were on back order. I cancelled the order.

The items were both available when I placed my order.

What really frustrated me with this order is that I was never notified that these items were on back order nor when I would receive them. I wish I had looked at the poor reviews before I placed my order!!

Waited 5 weeks for refund

I purchased item Oct 6, received it Oct 12th. The sweater and top I ordered were great quality, beautiful color and fit well.

I did not like the sleeves so returned both items next day using the $9.99 return label that came in the package.i saw the postal carrier pick up my package. I finally received my refund posted to my credit card today, Nov 21. The tracking number did not show any movement on my return until Nov 2nd. My package was received by the returns center Nov 11th.

The delay in receiving my refund is totally unacceptable and no other company I order from takes that length of time. For that reason I will no longer order or do business with Drapers and Damon.

No complaint. Just neglected to include return label with a return . Called customer service and let them know reason for return and request a refund. Thank you. Please remove pissant. Terrible mistake and did not catch it until too late.

Fraud/ Credit card theft

I want to help others, illegal and fraudulent activity. Ordered a blue dress size large it was too big for my mom, filled out to exchange for medium but it was out of stock.

After speaking with customer service, and a manager they agreed to cancel order completely and refund my money to my MasterCard. The transaction was done in august of 2021. October 2021 they utilized my MasterCard to send the dress out claiming it was on back order honestly it was not I had called and they said we would cancel it in august and also never told me they were sending it I received a shipping notice. Well now I have a mans 600.00 order from Blair never received this dress that I never re-ordered.

I called customer service they were nice to me every time, not blaming them. I have to send back this large box of mens clothes, and they told me they will send me a check for the money of my dress. Ok the most disturbing thing is one how did you use my card again I never saved it to an account with them. Want me to lie about the clothes on a return form.

Both times when calling was instructed to use certain codes as if I ordered these items any of them. I am telling the truth I never reordered the 95.00 dress, I never ordered 600.00 mens clothing from Blair. Im afraid to fill out this form seems to have caused this whole problem the first time. I have to pay to send back strange Blair order.

I canceled my credit card, I have the fraud department handling it on that end at capital one. Im contacting my attorney general about this. Taking pictures of all of these clothes and forms that was supposed to be sent to a man in another state this is really bad 23 lbs of clothing plus more on the way but that shipment may go to him not sure I hope so. Be careful some reason basically used my credit card without my knowledge on an old outdated canceled order, then instead of receiving 1 product I never even re-ordered I actually received another customers large and expensive order from Blair.

Be careful they are saving credit card numbers, then re-using later because of a form code. Im not going to lie on the code on the form Im telling the truth.
